An agreement on the second term of the ACWF-ILO
Mekong Sub-Regional Project to Combat Trafficking
in Women and Children was formally signed this
May.
The first term of the project focused on Yunnan
for three years, and officials accumulated plenty
of precious experience from the interference measures--such
as ability cultivation, awareness improvement
and direct aid.
To further promote these excellent measures
and to explore new ways, the five-year second
term will be devoted to improving the state-level
policies and ability construction, and to promoting
beneficial experience in other provinces.
