Madam Gu had a briefly retrospect to the cooperation history between ACWF and UNICEF. She also introduced ACWF's programs on women and children's well-being in recent years. Dr. Voumard expressed his appreciation to ACWF for its efforts on improving conditions for women and children and the support to UNICEF. He wishes that the two organizations will further promote the existing cooperation.

Madam Gu met Dr Voumard also in the capacity of Vice-Chairperson of the National Working Committee on Women and Children under the State Council. Ms. Zhao Shaohua, member of the secretariat of ACWF, Ms Zhang Jing, Director General of the International Department, ACWF and Ms Zhang Liming, Deputy Director General of NWCWC Office were at present.
