August 28, Mme. Gu Xiulian, Vice President and the
First Member of the Secretariat of All-China Women's
Federation met with the visiting delegation led
by Mr. Enrique Mugica Herzog, the Defensor del Pueblo
of Spain. Mme. Gu briefed the delegation on the
work of All-China Women's Federation and the condition
