Invited by the Korean Democratic Women's Union (KDWU), a five-member delegation headed by Mme. Ba Sang, Vice president of All-China Women's Federation visited DPRK on May 15-22. The delegation paid a courtesy call to Mr. Choe Thae-bok, member of Secretariat of Labor Party of DPRK, who stated with the support of state leaders of the two countries, the friendship between China and DPRK developed smoothly. This friendship would be long lasting despite of any global changes. During the visit, the Chinese delegation met with the KDWU and shared their experiences. The KDWU emphasized that they'd like to expand exchanges and cooperation with ACWF. Besides working, the delegation also visited Memorial Hall, Former Residence of Comrade Kim Il Sung, Pyongyang Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital, and Monument for PVA Heroes.
