Women's
Participation in the Management of State and Social Affairs
According to China's law, Chinese women enjoy the
right to vote and to be elected. The ways for women to participate
in politics include: entering legislative organs to participate
in the discussion and formulation of the laws of the State;
taking leaders' roles in governments at various levels to
participate in the management of the State and social affairs;
expressing their own opinions and protecting their rights
and interests through women's federations and women workers'
organizations of the trade unions at various levels.
